A SpeakerRealm company

I'll tell you what the room sees. Before you walk into it.

I'm Sterling. SpeakerRealm finds your stages — here I rehearse you against the real brief, record what you deliver, and score it on eight measured components, then tell you the truth about it, including the parts you won't like.

Your first score is free. Nothing is published, sent or charged without you saying so.

The Bookability Score

Eight components. Every one of them shown.

Most coaching tools hand you a grade and keep the arithmetic. I show you every component, what it was computed from, and which ones I couldn't measure on this take. You can argue with a number you can see.

PaceWords per minute against the range that reads as composed, not rushed.
88
FluencyFiller words counted in the transcript — um, uh, like, you know. Counted, not estimated.
20
Pause disciplineSilence you used on purpose, separated from silence you fell into.
100
TimingHow close you landed to the length the room actually asked for.
41
ContentStructure I can find in the transcript — an opening, a spine, a close.
87
Audience alignmentWhether what you said matches who the brief said would be listening.
100
VocalPitch movement in semitones around your own median, plus energy variation. Monotone likelihood is a labelled heuristic.
100
PresenceAudience-facing gaze and posture, from head orientation — not eye tracking. Your camera was off, so I have nothing to report.
N/A

A missing component is reported as missing and left out of the weighting. I will never fill a gap with an average and call it your score.

The Sterling Stages Suite

Five rooms. One agent.

Sterling Sessions™

I rehearse you.

Teleprompter, timer, unlimited retakes. I play the audience and ask the questions you're hoping nobody asks.

Explore Sessions →
Sterling Studio™

I produce it.

Your take comes back mastered to broadcast loudness — −14 LUFS under −1 dBTP — with captions cut from your own word timings.

Explore Studio →
Sterling Events™

I build you one.

If the right stage doesn't exist, we make it. Programme, speakers, registration, promotion — drafted by me, approved by you.

Performance Intelligence

I keep score.

Every take measured the same way, so the line across your last ten is a real trend and not a mood.

AfterStage™

I keep it working.

One talk becomes vertical clips cut on your sentence boundaries — never mid-word, because I have the word timings.

How I measure

I measure. I don't flatter.

An encouraging number is worth nothing to you in a room. Here is exactly what I do and don't do, so you know what your score is made of.

Code measures. I interpret.

Every number on your score is computed by deterministic code — the same input gives the same output, every time. I read the numbers and tell you what they mean. I never produce one.

A heuristic wears the word.

Some things I can only estimate. "Monotone likelihood" is one of them, and it's labelled as a likelihood everywhere it appears — not dressed up as a measurement.

I name what I can see.

I report audience-facing gaze, not "eye contact" — because a webcam gives me head orientation, and calling that eye tracking would be a claim I can't stand behind.

Missing means missing.

Camera off, audio too short, a component I couldn't compute — it comes back marked unavailable and drops out of the weighting. No average quietly filling the hole.

I'd rather hand you a 61 you can act on than an 88 that was being kind. You're going to stand in front of those people either way.Sterling

Create stages that carry your voice.

If the right stage doesn't exist, I help you build it — from the first idea to the final replay. I draft the programme, find the speakers, write the promotion. You approve every piece of it.
